Absolutely everything None Having been in many hotels in Thailand I can honestly say this is my favourite. It is heaven in paradise. From the moment you arrive at this resort you are made to feel at home and nothing is a problem. On arriving at reception we were told our room booking had been upgraded...fantastic. We were in a deluxe room looking over the sea and the room was faultless. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy. The setting for the hotel is amazing, the views are fabulous. Yes it can be a bit of a hike up to reception but there is an evalator so don't let this put you off. The food in the hotel is great. Breakfast is from 6.30-10.30 and there is plenty choice with many dishes cooked to order. We ate in their restaurants on a few occasions and have no complaints. Yes it might be a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The lighting around the resort at night is lovely, this resort really does make you forget all your worries....what a real holiday should do. The staff are friendly but not too in your face. Their attention to detail is second to none. My boyfriend had his birthday during our day and a complimentary birthday cake was delivered to our room which was a lovely touch and very delicious too! You can walk into the bright lights of Patong if you wish....it can be a bit of a trek back up to the resort in the heat. However there are plenty tuk tuk drivers willing to take you back into the resort....200 baht each way. All in all I cannot recommend this resort enough. If I am ever in Phuket again then I would most definitely return to this resort. Thank you Amari for a wonderful stay.

My family recently spend 12 nights at the Amari, and had a wonderful relaxing holiday. All the staff were wonderful and friendly, and could not do enough for you. We would highly recommend the La Gritta Italian Restaurant, the food is fantastic with magnificant views at night. Additionally treat yourself to a massage or treatment at the spa.
