"Good Hotel, Improve service" by Rudoff Wick

Traveler Rating :

In the peak season, it seemed that they had overbooking and when we arrived, there was a trouble confirming my reservation and we had to move to a different room from the 2nd night because a room with the spec. I made a reservation with was not available at the 1st night.
