Operating Hours
Bundarika Spa opens daily from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Last treatment starts at 9.00 p.m.

Reservation
To avoid disappointment, kindly book all spa treatments and services in advance. Treatments may be purchased individually or as a spa package

Appointment Times
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time so you can enjoy the full benefits. We regret that if you arrive late for your treatments we may have to reduce your treatment time depending on the bookings following your appointment. Full payment will be required.

Preparation
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before a facial treatment. To enjoy the treatments, we request that no jewelry be worn. The Management of Bundarika Spa accepts no responsibility for the safety of money and valuables that are kept on the spa premises.

Etiquette
To ensure that our guests can enjoy our tranquil environment in our spa we would be grateful if you can keep noise levels to a minimum. Cellular phones, pagers and electronic devices are discouraged. Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa is prohibited.

Payment Policy
all treatments and services will be charged directly to your villa. Prices are listed in Thai Baht and are subject to 10 % service charge and applicable government tax. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
The treatments you have selected are reserved especially for you. Please inform us if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment 6 hours in advance. With less than 6 hours notice a 50 percent charge will be applied and with no notice the full charge of the treatment will be applied.

Refund Policy
Treatment packages are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable once purchased. Products are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable if the product is not faulty or if the packaging has been opened or tampered with due to safety and hygiene purposes.

Medical considerations
Spa facilities, treatments and services that involve heat therapies are not advised for guests who:
- are pregnant;
- have high or low blood pressure;
- have a heart condition;
- have breathing difficulties; or
- have a severe case varicose of broken veins and capillaries.
