The Two Villas was established from company’s plan to build resort homes for executives in Sai Yuan area. We began building two villas, hence the origin of the company’s name “The Two Villas”.
Designed in an L shape, the villas living areas opens out to the deck, pool and secluded Bali style garden providing relaxing views and an intimate sense of indoor-outdoor living. We used only the finest materials and elegant furnishings in the home construction and interior decor. Professionally designed and decorated, Two Villas homes offer a sophisticated oriental style creating a unique ambiance.
The company gave the special attention to all construction detail in order to make your holidays at The Two Villas more gracious and impressive. The highest quality materials and the elegant furnishings were used for building and interior design and decoration. The highly-skilled interior designer of the company decorated the villa with the attractive oriental style. According to this exotic and creative work, a substantial number of interested customers always contacted us to purchase the two villas. The company sold out of these two villas in 1 month after building. Thereafter the company had sold more than 50 units for a short period of time. At this moment in time many villas are still in the process of handing over to the customers.
According to this resultant phenomenon, people who are interested in our project helped spread the word. The company received many requests for project expansion from numerous interested customers who would not be able to purchase the villa but wanted to experience the relaxed atmosphere in The Two Villas. For that reason, Two Villas Rental Project occurred so as to respond to the high demand for villa rental. |
