| 4. Low Season & High Season : Cancellation must be 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise there will be one night penalty charged. |
| Peak Season : Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking value will be charged. |

| 5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum stay of 7 nights is required for Peak Season. |

• No charge for children under 12 without extra bed.
• Upon arrival, villa staff will escort you and explain all villa facilities.
• Complete the registration card upon arrival and hand it out to staff. |
